How many times have you said “I need to start working out” or ” I really need to start eating healthier”? How many fad diets have you tried?
How many times are you going to say these things, before you make a change?
Just do it. There is only ONE thing in the way and that is YOU. You know that. You know that there is a way to make it happen. So MAKE IT HAPPEN. Notice I’m not saying “let” it happen. If I say “let” it happen, it sounds like this is something that can me done for you, like the weight is just going to fall off, or you muscles are just going to become lean on their own…Well guess what. That’s NOT going to happen! Dear goodness, do I wish it would, but it’s not. You have to work for it. You just do. I mean what would you rather? Giving up the fatty foods, eating healthy and feeling great about yourself while seeing results, or giving in to the temptation of these guilty foods, making no change and being unhappy with who you see in the mirror?
So what is your excuse? What are you letting stand in your way, and how are you going to get passed it? Make a schedule for the week and include your daily workouts. Create a healthy menu for the week to help you from buying a bunch of junkfood.
