So what’s your excuse?

How many times have you said “I need to start working out” or ” I really need to start eating healthier”? How many fad diets have you tried?

How many times are you going to say these things, before you make a change?

Just do it. There is only ONE thing in the way and that is YOU. You know that. You know that there is a way to make it happen. So MAKE IT HAPPEN. Notice I’m not saying “let” it happen. If I say “let” it happen, it sounds like this is something that can me done for you, like the weight is just going to fall off, or you muscles are just going to become lean on their own…Well guess what. That’s NOT going to happen! Dear goodness, do I wish it would, but it’s not. You have to work for it. You just do. I mean what would you rather? Giving up the fatty foods, eating healthy and feeling great about yourself while seeing results, or giving in to the temptation of these guilty foods, making no change and being unhappy with who you see in the mirror?

So what is your excuse? What are you letting stand in your way, and how are you going to get passed it? Make a schedule for the week and include your daily workouts. Create a healthy menu for the week to help you from buying a bunch of junkfood.

You need to do something, that’s why you are still reading this. So do it! Push play, put on that workout program! You don’t have one? Click on that tab up top of the blog and get yourself one! Go to the gym! Or Go outside for goodness sake! Just do SOMETHING! You will feel so great afterwards, I promise.

What is the BIG picture for you and what steps do you plan on taking to reach it!?Do you write them down?

It is so important that we write down our goals. Written goals give you clarity and focus. They give you direction and motivate you to keep going! Writing your goals helps you overcome resistance, every intention encounters resistance. From the moment you set a goal you feel it, but if you focus on the resistance it will become stronger.

FOCUS ON YOUR GOAL, the thing you want, and YOU will be the stronger one!

Write down your goals, it will enable you to see and celebrate your PROGRESS!

One thing I love to do is makeup. Helping someone look like the very best version of themselves is just enjoyable. I meet such great people and having someone, especially a bride, trust me 100% to successfully give them the look they want is such a rewarding feeling! Last year, I was honored to do the wedding makeup for my best friend! She looked amazing! Perfect hair, gorgeous dress and might I say, beautiful makeup 😉 I was so wonderful to not only stand beside her on her special day, but to know that I had a hand in making her feel beautiful!
